We can all feel stressed or anxious at time, but over time the effects of long-term stress can have serious implications to our health and wellbeing.

If you are struggling to feel like your 'old self' or have lost your enthusiasm and feeling overwhelmed on a regular basis, it is likely stress is the culprit.

Once you reach the point where you can recognise that stress is problem, you have probably been feeling this way for some time without even realising.
